A Collection of 3 & 4 Bedroom Luxury Residences

PROLOGUE

“Luciana, St Lucia, is designed as a series of terraces that emerge from the hillside, integrated with and accentuating the form of the land.

The design of each house provides opportunities to overlook the nearby parkland, and to enjoy distant views to Mount Coot-tha.

The stepped forms aim to capture plenty of natural light and breezes while maintaining privacy between the townhouses.”

THE
HISTORY

Originally part of Indooroopilly and later a part of Toowong, the history of St Lucia is incredibly vibrant and exciting. Initially featuring numerous sugar plantations established in the 1860s, the suburb was formed when William Alexander Wilson, a West Indian hailing from the town of St Lucia purchased one of these plantations in 1882. He went on to name this plantation St Lucia, a homage to his hometown.
